Rum Sunset:   INGREDIENTS: ·          12 oz. orange juice ·          3 oz. light rum ·          2 tbsp. grenadine ·          lime slices, for garnish DIRECTIONS: Combine orange juice and rum. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture. Pour 2/3 of the orange juice mixture into 2 ice-filled glasses. Set aside. Mix reserved orange juice and rum with 2 tbsp. grenadine. Slowly pour into each glass so it settles on the bottom, creating an ombrĂ© effect. Garnish with lime slices

And after a few experiment ( …more ) INGREDIENTS: 3 oz light rum 4 cups ice 2/3 cup fresh pineapple chunks 3 ounces cream of coconut 2 ounces coconut milk 4 ounces pineapple juice Juice of 1/2 large lime Pinch freshly grated nutmeg, plus more for garnish Advertisement DIRECTIONS: Combine all the ingredients in a blender (use a good, strong one that can crush ice) and blend until smooth. Add more ice or liquid to taste. Serve in a pretty glass with a shower of grated nutmeg, a lime wedge and maybe even a cocktail umbrella .

Oronoco Rum Soda Water to top *or 2 packets of zero-calorie TruvĂ­a Natural Sweetener DIRECTIONS: Roll into mixing tin and back into glass. GARNISH: LIME WEDGE AND MINT LEAF ON RIM. SERVE WITH A COCKTAIL STIRRER. *This cocktail has 90 calories and 1 gram of sugar per serving compared to 150 calories and 18 grams of sugar per serving in the full-sugar version.

(Tequila) Mango Margarita Recipe with TruvĂ­a Nectar INGREDIENTS: 1 1 ⁄ 2 cups ice 1 cup frozen mango pieces 2 Tbsp TruvĂ­a ® Nectar 1 ⁄ 3 cup lime juice 2oz of tequila 2oz of triple sec/orange liquor Optional salt for glass rim DIRECTIONS: 1.       Fill blender cup with ice and mango pieces. Pulse several times to break up chunks. 2.       Add TruvĂ­a Nectar and lime juice over the ice mixture, pulse several more times until smooth. 3.       Blend in tequila and triple sec. 4.       Wet rim of a glass with water. 5.        Press the rim of glass into the salt.

Kentucky buck   INGREDIENTS:   1 chopped strawberry 3⁄4 oz. lemon juice 1⁄2 oz. simple syrup 2 oz. Wild Turkey bourbon 2 dashes Angostura bitters 2 oz. ginger beer Strawberry slice, for garnish METHOD: Muddle chopped strawberry, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon, 2 dashes bitters, and ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger beer; garnish with a strawberry slice.

Gimlet Gin and lime were meant to be together. More so even than gin and lemon, in my view. Here’s a simple, classic cocktail that showcases the marriage . INGREDIENTS 60ml gin 15ml lime juice 10ml sugar syrup Twist of lime zest to garnish METHOD Pour the gin, juice and sugar syrup into a tumbler half-filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with the lime zest.

(GIN) Bee’s Knees Why isn’t this Prohibition-era recipe, a brilliant combination of gin and honey, more widely known? It’s delicious INGREDIENTS 50ml gin 10ml runny honey (use the best you can, its flavour will shine) 5ml water 15ml fresh lemon juice METHOD Stir the honey into the water until dissolved to make a syrup. Pour into a cocktail shaker with the gin, lemon juice and a couple of ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass

Ice Blue Ingredients:   2 oz. Reyka vodka, Small handful (10-15) blueberries, 3-4 leaves basil, 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice, club soda Directions : Muddle blueberries and basil leaves in a shaker; add vodka, lemon juice and several ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass, or strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a few blueberries on a toothpick and a couple of leaves of basil

(Vodka) Blue Hawaii Ingredients: 0.75 oz. Reyka vodka, 0.75 oz. white rum, 0.5 oz. blue curaçao, 3 oz. pineapple juice, 0.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice, 0.5 oz. simple syrup Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake well, strain into a tall ice-filled glass. For a frozen version, combine all ingredients with 1 cup ice in a blender, blend till smooth, pour into tall glass. Optional: Garnish with a pineapple chunk and maraschino cherry.
