Vieux Carre Ingredients: 3 ⁄ 4 oz Cognac 3 ⁄ 4 oz Rye Whiskey 1 tbsp Benedictine 3 ⁄ 4 oz Sweet Vermouth 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters 1 dash Angostura Bitters Glass : Old-Fashioned Recipe : 1.     Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. 2.     Fill with ice. 3.     Stir well. 4.     Strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass 5.     Garnish with a cherry and/or lemon. 6.     A little rum can be floated on top.
