Kathmandu, Jan 21: Chairman of the UCPN (Maoist), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has said that the incident of vandalism took place at the Constituent Assembly (CA) as the ruling parties considered their flexibility as a weakness. At a news conference organised by the party here today to make the party’s views public after the CA vandalism on Monday night, Chairman Dahal said such incident took place as the Nepali Congress and the CPN (UML) tried to demonstrate their high-handedness at a time when they asked for two more days to forge consensus on the disputed issues. Dahal argued that the consensus environment got foiled after the CPN (UML) and NC insisted to send the disputed issues to the Constitution Drafting Committee without consensus. He said, “Our plan was only to obstruct the constitution writing process and chant slogans in the CA. T-Mobile and MetroPCS to merge

Though each remains profitable, their smartphone offerings are lackluster (i.e., no iPhone), they are far behind the curve on network technology, and both are shedding customers.
