Yellow jacket Ingredients: 2 tsp lemon curd 2 dashes angostura bitters 1 tbsp fresh lime 1 tsp vanilla syrup 1 tbsp white cacao 35ml/1fl oz whisky Method: 1.     Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard. 2.     Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with nutmeg.

WINTER COCKTAIL (Gin) Grizzly Berry             Ingredients 3 coins of peeled fresh ginger 2 oz. gin .5 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice Two dashes bitters 3 oz. IZZE Sparkling Blackberry Candied ginger for garnish Directions: Peel fresh ginger and cut three coins into coarse pieces. Muddle in the bottom of a metal cocktail shaker until well macerated. Add gin, lime, bitters, and ice, and shake vigorously. Pour into a collins glass filled with ice and top with IZZE Sparkling Blackberry. Garnish with a pick speared with candied ginger. Rejoice in berry spicy deliciousness. Yield: 1 serving

(Whiskey) Evening shade INGREDIENTS: 1⁄2   oz. lime juice 3 slices cucumber2 oz. peach purĂ©e1   1⁄2   oz. corn whiskey, preferably Mellow Corn Bottle in Bond. 3⁄4   oz. Domain de Canton ginger liqueur 1⁄2   oz. PAMA pomegranate liqueur 2 sprigs lemon balm METHOD: Muddle lime juice and cucumber in a cocktail shaker; add peach purĂ©e, whiskey, liqueurs, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass filled with cracked ice; garnish with lemon balm.
