Yellow jacket Ingredients: 2 tsp lemon curd 2 dashes angostura bitters 1 tbsp fresh lime 1 tsp vanilla syrup 1 tbsp white cacao 35ml/1fl oz whisky Method: 1.     Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard. 2.     Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with nutmeg.

The Garnet Ingredients .75 oz. London dry gin .75 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur .75 oz. sweet vermouth .75 oz. Meyer lemon juice Directions: Juice a few Meyer lemons in a hand juicer. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish .
